Whatever wrong I have done with hands or feet, by speech or body or deed, by hearing or seeing, or in the mind; whether in what was enjoined or what was forbidden — forgive all of it. Victory, victory to you, ocean of compassion, Mahādeva, Śambhu!
The closing verse of the Śiva Mānasa Pūjā, the “worship offered in the mind”. It is said at the end of a pūjā, asking pardon for every lapse in it.
